Japan as a main speaker of the seminar. The High level Seminar on peace building, national Reconciliation, and Democratization in Asia was opened by Japanese Foreign Minister Mr. Fumio Kishida. President Jos\u00e9 Ramos-Horta was also welcomed by Mr. Ichiro Aisawa, Chairman of the Committee on Fundamental National Policies of the House of Representatives of the Diet of Japan, and Mr. Satsuki Eda, Supreme Adviser of the Democratic Party of Japan.
