Tochibayashi and Yamamoto participated in our seminar today.<br \/>\nThe Peace Building group made presentations on the transformation of the concept of security from national to human security. The group explained about the differences in approach of Japan and Canada for example and the reasons \u201cWhy does the Japanese government recommend Human Security so highly? &#8220;. After the presentations, both Mr. Tochibayashi and Mr. Yamamoto made their comment on the concept.<br \/>\n Finally we divided ourselves into several groups and held discussions about the definition of the human security.
