The theme was the human right in former Yugoslavia.  The first half we looked the history of Yugoslavia, history of ICTY and the result and the problem of ICTY.  After that they explained IDP, Nationalism and reform of the judicial system with the cases.  Then they picked up Serbian politics for its peace and development. Ito)<\/p>\n<p>\uff16\u6708\uff17\u65e5\u306e\u30bc\u30df\u6388\u696d\u3067\u306f\u3001\u4eba\u6a29\u73ed\u304c\u65e7\u30e6\u30fc\u30b4\u30b9\u30e9\u30d3\u30a2\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u4eba\u6a29\u554f\u984c\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u30d7\u30ec\u30bc\u30f3\u30c6\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3092\u884c\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u524d\u534a\u306f\u3001\u30e6\u30fc\u30b4\u30b9\u30e9\u30d3\u30a2\u306e\u6b74\u53f2\u3001\u65e7\u30e6\u30fc\u30b4\u30b9\u30e9\u30d3\u30a2\u6226\u72af\u6cd5\u5ef7\uff08ICTY\uff09\u306e\u6982\u8981\u30fb\u6210\u679c\u30fb\u8ab2\u984c\u3092\u6271\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u5f8c\u534a\u306f\u3001IDP\u3001\u30ca\u30b7\u30e7\u30ca\u30ea\u30ba\u30e0\u3001\u6cd5\u306e\u652f\u914d\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u5404\u56fd\u306e\u4e8b\u4f8b\u3092\u4e0a\u3052\u306a\u304c\u3089\u306e\u767a\u8868\u304c\u3042\u308a\u3001\u307e\u305f\u30bb\u30eb\u30d3\u30a2\u306e\u548c\u89e3\u653f\u7b56\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u307f\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002(\u4f0a\u85e4\u83dc\u3005\u7f8e)<\/p>\n<div
