He informed in detail the roles of diplomacy and historical development in turn. Then he explained from ancient and the Middle Ages\u2019 ideas which Sun Tzu and Francois de Callieres had, to the Westphalia structure. Using as an example the withdrawal of U.S. armed forces from Okinawa, he compared the claims of realist and those who advocate the interest of resident citizens in Okinawa.
