Ms Forough Hosseini Jonghani is a Cabin Attendant of ANA.She made a presentation about whole airline industry. She explained about the emergence of three airline groups, i.e. Star Alliance, One World and Skey Team, and indicated various measures taken by ANA to innovate and meet the newly emerging requirements, including the need to reduce CO2 emission. She also emphasized the top priority placed by ANA in realizing the satisfaction of passengers. As an example, she mentioned the new services started by ANA in delivering in-flight meals as indicated by passengers electornically. I thought these are the keys to success of ANA.
