Mr. Kevin Gilroy, Chief of Special Operations for Peace and Humanitarian Operations of the UN Volunteers programme visited Hosei University and made a presentation on the roles of UN volunteers in fostering peace and development throughout the world. His presentation was followed by comments made by Professors Yuji Suzuki and Kazumi Goto. The seminar was sponsored by the International Center of Hosei University and its chief assistant, Ms Kimiko Hotokezaka, made opening remarks.
