On December 20, Mr. Masakuni Tanimoto and Mr. Yukihiro Hasegawa attended the Christmas dinner show of blind singer Ms. Hirari Sato at Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu, following an invitation from Mr. Takahiro Niwa. Many guests gathered for the year-end event, and the venue maintained a warm, festive atmosphere throughout the evening.
In addition to Christmas songs, Ms. Sato performed many of her original pieces, captivating the audience with her clear and expressive voice. She also presented a special collaboration with violinist Mr. Keidan Nishigaki, singing Hibari Misora’s “Kawa no Nagare no Yō ni (Like the Flow of the River)” and “Amazing Grace.” The combination of Sato’s vocals and Nishigaki’s emotive violin left a lasting impression on the audience.
After the performance, an attendee who had joined through the invitation visited Ms. Sato backstage to convey heartfelt appreciation—expressing gratitude in a way that reflected how memorable and wonderful the evening had been. Sincere thanks were also extended to Mr. Niwa for making the opportunity possible.
