本日の講義では、久山純弘国連大学前客員教授に「UN: How it works, and How to make it more effective, efficient, and legitimate」というテーマでお話をして頂きました。国際連合における仕事の基本枠組みは、Decision-making, Implementation Management, Reporting, Evaluation, Feedbackの５段階であり、この中でフイードバックが充分に行われていないことが特に問題であり、理論的枠組みを現実的なものにすることが必要である。意思決定プロセスについては、地球市民社会との対話・連携（”engagement”）、そのための仕組みを強化し、市民社会の意思を国連政策・活動等に反映させることが国連の正当性を高める上からも重要であると説明されました。(加藤美翔)
